     • Replacement of damaged plywood decking
     • Installation of tapered rigid insulation for proper drainage
     • TPO membrane installed as the primary roofing system
     • EPDM used for complex areas and transitions
     • Torch Down applied on parapets and high-risk perimeter zones
     • Flashing and sealing of all penetrations, vents, and joints
     • Final water-tightness inspection and quality check
